- Data Privacy: Baby Creations only receives confirmation of payment and the last four digits of your card for reference. We never see or store your full card number or CVV.
4. Shipping & Logistics (pudo)
We use pudo (a service by The Courier Guy) to deliver your handmade items.
- Information Shared: We share your name, phone number, and delivery address (or locker preference) with pudo to facilitate delivery and SMS notifications.

Tracking: You will receive a PIN via SMS/Email from pudo once your package is ready for collection at your chosen locker.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in our Privacy Policy. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with legal and regulatory obligations (typically up to 7 years for tax purposes).
